Founded in 2009, by two entrepreneurs Big Apple Living keeps the good parts of shared housing while removing the hassle. We do all the work making you moving and living experience as stress-free as possible. 

Our mission is to create comfortable, spacious, and high-quality serviced living arrangements for individuals looking to live flexibility. 

Our diverse portfolio includes entire townhouse properties, one, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartment homes throughout NYC, all stylishly appointed by our in-house design team, and with many offering the additional amenities of full-service and/or luxury buildings.

Each property’s well-designed interior reflects the distinctive character of the building and neighborhood in which its located, and provides residents with an inviting place to come home to after a fast-paced day.

We provide a comfortable, fully equipped and furnished private apartment home, with plenty of helpful neighborhood information and great customer service. Because our services include design, housekeeping, and maintenance – all provided by our in-house team - we’re able to meet our residents’ needs quickly and consistently.
